How do I download a mod?

Tap a mod, then Get. Free users watch one short video and the download starts by itself; VIP users skip the video. You'll see “Downloading 45 %” with a bar. Tap Cancel any time and nothing is left behind. When it's done, the button turns into Open in Minecraft.

How do I open a mod in Minecraft?

Tap Open in Minecraft, then pick Minecraft in the share sheet (scroll the row of apps, or tap More if it's missing). Minecraft opens and shows “Import started…”, then “Successfully imported”. Add-ons and packs still need to be turned on in a world: How to install on the mod's page shows each step. Minecraft must be installed on this device.

What are Experiments and when do I need them?

Some add-ons use features Minecraft still calls experimental. Create or edit a world, scroll to Experiments, turn on the toggles the mod needs, then Play. Careful: once a world is saved with Experiments on, Minecraft won't let you turn them off, so try it on a copy of your world first.

Which Minecraft version do I need?

Each mod's page shows its Version. Mods made for newer versions may not load in an older Minecraft, so update Minecraft from the App Store first. Very old mods can also break in the newest Minecraft.

The mod doesn't work. What can I try?

Open Not working? on the mod's page. In short: update Minecraft, check the mod's version, turn on Experiments, activate it in both Behavior Packs and Resource Packs, remove other packs that may clash, and import it again from Library.

Why do some mods say “May not work on iPhone”?

Minecraft on iPhone and iPad draws its graphics differently from some other devices, so many shaders and a few add-ons only work on Android or on modified versions of the game. We tag the ones we know about. They still download, but they may show nothing in your game.

Where are my downloaded mods?

In Library > Downloaded. The files stay inside Haunt Mods, so you can open them in Minecraft again any time, even offline and without another video. Storage used is shown at the top; swipe a mod away to delete it. Deleting the app deletes them too.

How do I remove a pack from Minecraft?

To switch it off in one world: edit the world, open Behavior Packs or Resource Packs, pick the pack under Active and tap Deactivate. To delete it from Minecraft completely: open Minecraft's Settings > Storage, select the pack and delete it. Imported maps are deleted from the world's edit screen. Deleting a mod from Library doesn't remove it from Minecraft.

What's the difference between free and VIP?

Free: every mod not marked VIP, after one short video per mod. It stays unlocked until you close the app, and opening it again from Library is always free. Favourites and the guides are free too.

VIP: no videos at all, so downloads start at once, plus the VIP-exclusive mods (the ones with a crown). VIP is a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

I paid for VIP. How do I get it back?

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with. That also brings VIP to your iPad. To cancel the weekly plan: iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions.

How do I report a mod or ask for its removal?

Tap Report / request removal on the mod's page, or Report content in Settings. Your mail app opens with the mod's number and title already filled in: add what's wrong and send it. Creators can ask us to remove their work, and we can take a mod off the list without an app update.

Why does the app ask about tracking?

iOS asks once whether ads may use your device's advertising identifier. Allowing it can make the free videos fit you better; choosing “Ask App Not to Track” changes nothing else, and every mod works the same. It's the only permission the app asks for. Change it in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

What does Haunt Mods know about me?

Almost nothing: no account, no name, no e-mail. Your downloads, Favourites and choices stay on your device. Mods come from Cloudflare through plain requests, videos come from Google AdMob, and VIP is handled by Apple and RevenueCat. The Privacy policy in Settings has every detail.

Is Haunt Mods an official Minecraft app?

No. Not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. The mods are made by community creators, credited on each mod's page.
