What Haunt Mods is

Haunt Mods is a library of add-ons, shaders, maps, skins and other content for Minecraft Bedrock Edition, with a horror focus. You can browse mods, download them and open them in Minecraft.

Not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Haunt Mods doesn't include Minecraft: you need your own copy of the game to use the mods.

Creators' content

Every mod belongs to its creator, who is credited on the mod's page whenever known (“Creator unknown” otherwise). Mods are shared with their creators' permission for your personal use in your own game: don't re-upload them, sell them or claim them as yours.

If you made a mod and want it changed or removed, tap “Report / request removal” on its page or write to support@hauntmods.app. We can take a mod off the list without an app update.

Your responsibilities

• Back up the worlds you care about before adding mods or turning on Experiments: some changes can't be undone in Minecraft.

• Minecraft must be installed to import a mod. The download and the share sheet work without it.

• Check the mod's version and the install guide: mods made by others may not work on every version or device.

• Use the app lawfully, and don't try to break, copy or overload it or the servers behind it.

Free and VIP

Free: every mod not marked VIP, after one short video per mod; the mod stays unlocked until you close the app. Opening a downloaded mod again from Library never needs a video, and Favourites and the guides are free.

VIP: no videos, so downloads start at once, plus the VIP-exclusive mods. VIP doesn't change how a mod works inside Minecraft.

The mod list changes over time: mods can be added, updated or removed, for example at a creator's request.

Subscriptions and lifetime

VIP comes as a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app, in your currency, before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase or, with the trial, when the trial ends.

• The weekly subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that.

• Manage or cancel it any time in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.

• Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy VIP.

• Lifetime is paid once and never renews.

• Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms. Restore purchases brings VIP back on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.

Rewarded videos

Rewarded videos are shown by Google AdMob and follow Google's ad policies; we don't choose each ad. A video unlocks the download only when it is watched to the end; closing it early doesn't. If no video is available, the download starts anyway. VIP users and downloads opened again from Library never get a video.

Fair use

Haunt Mods is for personal, non-commercial use. Don't use bots or scripts to download in bulk, don't try to get around the videos or VIP, and don't reverse-engineer the app. We may block access that harms the service or other players.

Apple's standard terms

Your use of the app is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). Where these terms and Apple's disagree, Apple's apply. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content or its support.

No warranty

The app and the mods are provided “as is”. We build and test the app with care, but we can't promise that every mod works on every device or Minecraft version, that the mod list is always reachable, or that the app is free of errors.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost worlds or data, or for indirect damage caused by using the app or the mods. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the app changes; the date at the top shows the current version, and using the app after an update means you accept it. Questions? Write to support@hauntmods.app.
